All artwork is professionally packaged and insured before shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided.
If you live in Ottawa you can also choose to pick the painting up, or I can hand deliver it to you.
If a work arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can file an insurance claim.
I will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. Return shipping for damaged works will be covered.

Every painting will specify whether or not there is a frame. If you'd like me to frame a painting for you I am happy to do that. Framing generally costs between $100 to $200 depending on type of wood used and frame size.
Framed paintings are ready to hang, and the cost is included in the listed price.
Currently I ship to the US, Canada and most of Europe. If your country does not show up in checkout, please reach out to me in the contact form.
Original paintings may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery if they arrive in their original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. All works must be carefully repackaged.

Yes, every painting is allowed to properly dry, then is protected with a layer of Gamvar varnish.
