Every painting will specify whether or not there is a frame. If you'd like me to frame a painting for you I am happy to do that. Framing generally costs ~$200 depending on type of wood used and frame size.
Framed paintings are ready to hang, and the cost is included in the listed price.

Yes, every painting is allowed to properly dry, then is protected with a layer of Gamvar varnish.
