All artwork is professionally packaged and insured before shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided.
If you live in Ottawa you can also choose to pick the painting up, or I can hand deliver it to you.
If a work arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can file an insurance claim.
I will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. Return shipping for damaged works will be covered.
It really depends on the subject, the painting style you want, and if I have the time. Feel free to reach out with more details on the contact page and I'll get back to you.
Every painting will specify whether or not there is a frame. If you'd like me to frame a painting for you I am happy to do that. Framing generally costs ~$200 depending on type of wood used and frame size.
If a painting comes framed, the frame is included in the listed price.
At the moment I'm only selling and shipping art in Canada and the US.
Original paintings may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery if they arrive in their original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. All works must be carefully repackaged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact me before returning a piece so I can help coordinate safe return shipping.
At the present time I only sell original works.
Yes. Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Yes, every painting is allowed to properly dry, then is protected with a layer of Gamvar varnish.
